2-in-1 soil for growing and soil improvement
Soil for growing – a ready-to-use biologically active universal soil for greenhouse plants.
Soil improvement – by adding the soil to the existing soil, the compost and humin preparation in its composition will improve the biological characteristics of the growing soil for years.
The Matogard greenhouse soil with compost can be used in organic farming. The product meets the requirements of Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007.
Usage:
- Growing vegetables under shelter (tomato, cucumber, bell pepper, etc.)
- Improvement of growth soil
Ingredients:
- Peat – light peat for growing with a lower decomposition rate and higher water capacity which is neutralised with dolomite and enriched with organic fertilizers.
- Manure compost – a biotechnologically produced nutrient-rich compost. Ensures a suitable microbiological mix for plants.
- Biohumus – manure worm compost. Adds vitamins, growth regulators, amino acids, and a beneficial microflora to the soil.
- Humin preparation – accelerates the development of strong roots, improves the microflora of the soil. It helps plants to assimilate nutrients.
- Trichoderma spp. – beneficial fungi which, by forming a fungal mycelium around the roots of a plant, inhibit the development and spread of diseases, promote root development and accelerate growth.
- Organic fertilizers – natural fertilizers which, in combination with composts, ensure the optimal ratio of nutrients needed for plant growth.
Recommendations:
- Growing layer thickness in greenhouses and vegetable beds: 10–30 cm.
- The thickness of the growth layer depends on the crops and irrigation system used. A thinner soil layer is used with drip irrigation; a thicker soil layer is recommended when using watering cans or hoses for irrigation.
- The nutrients provided with composts are firmly bound to the soil particles and do not wash out of the soil with irrigation water.
- Mixing the Matogard garden soil into your existing growing soil improves the biological and physical characteristics of the current growing soil for years with the help of composts and microbiological preparations. It accelerates plant growth, strengthens roots, facilitates blooming, and increases yields. The disease and stress resistance of the plants will also improve.
